2) Pay Your Deposit

Along with your application, a $350 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your place on the tour. Please make checks payable to “Cooperative for Education.”

Tours are operated by our partner organization, Cooperative for Education, which has 20 years of experience bringing travelers to Guatemala.

3) Next Steps

You will receive email confirmation that your application and deposit have been accepted and that you have a secured place on the tour. Your confirmation will include information about purchasing your own plane ticket to Guatemala City (GUA), immunizations, packing, and other helpful information.

The remainder of your balance will be due one month before you travel, using one of the payment methods described above. You will need a passport with more than 6 months to expiration at the time of travel to enter Guatemala.

If you apply and pay online but do not receive an email confirmation from our partner organization, Cooperative for Education, within five business days, your application was not submitted correctly. Please contact tours@coeduc.org or (513) 661-7000 for assistance.

Cooperative for Education reserves the right to deny any tour applicant if we deem that individual’s participation in any way puts at risk the students, staff, or reputation of CoEd and its programs. You will be notified if your tour application has been denied.
